Using your touch-tone telephone you may perform a variety of transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can get account balances, transfer funds, review account activity, make loan payments, look up cleared checks, receive current interest rate information, hear current credit union news and hours or even calculate the amount of a payment on a loan. Welcome Menu

You will hear: “Hello, Welcome to your Touch Tone Teller.”

Press:
1 For Office and Drive-up Hours
2 For Credit Union News
3 For Credit Union Rates
4 To Make Loan Calculations
9 To Access Your Account
* To End the Call

Options 1, 2 & 3 are messages recorded by the credit union that give you information regarding office hours, credit union news or current rates. You do not need to enter your account number or social security number to access these options.

Option 4 will allow you to calculate a loan payment, the interest rate, the loan balance, or the loan term. By entering any three known variables, the fourth will automatically be calculated for you. Touch Tone Teller will automatically give you instructions on how to use this feature. If you would like to skip the instructions message, press any key on your touch-tone phone, otherwise follow the voice prompts to guide you through this option.

*Touch Tone Teller does not calculate possible fees that may be added to an actual loan.

Suffixes You Need to Know

Share Suffixes

1 = Regular Savings
2 = Draft (Checking)
5 = Money Market
11 = Premium Savings
23 = Traditional IRA Share
24 = Roth IRA Share
25 = Coverdell Education Savings

Loan Suffixes

Varies with each loan, refer to your loan documents or contact the credit union if you are unsure of your loan suffix.

Certificate Suffixes

1 = Regular Certificates (CD's)
23 = Traditional IRA Certificates
24 = Roth IRA Certificates
25 = Coverdell Education Savings Certificates

Accessing Your Account

Option 9 will access your account. To use this option, follow these steps:

  • Select 9 from the Welcome Menu.
  • Enter your account number followed by the # (pound) key.
  • Enter your PIN or Social Security Number (if you have not been assigned a PIN) followed by the # (pound) key.
  • Touch Tone Teller will give you the Primary Menu of options shown below.

Note: You will be provided a transaction reference number on all money transactions.

(Transfers and Loan Payments can be made within the account you are tranferring from or to another credit union account. Follow voice prompts if you wish to transfer to another account number.)

Option 3 - Account History
Note: At anytime during history you may press 1 to repeat,
# to skip to next transaction or * to cancel)
1 See if a Check has Cleared (Enter check number followed by # key)
2 Share History (Enter suffix then press #)
3 Loan History (Enter suffix then press #)

1 Change Personal Security Number (PIN)

Option 9 - Access Another Account
By choosing this option, you may access another one of your credit union accounts without having to end the call. You will be asked to enter the account number and your PIN (or Social Security Number if you have not been assigned a PIN) for that account.
