Using your touch-tone telephone you may perform a variety of transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can get account balances, transfer funds, review account activity, make loan payments, look up cleared checks, receive current interest rate information, hear current credit union news and hours or even calculate the amount of a payment on a loan. It`s fast, easy, convenient and confidential. Using the Touch Tone Teller Dial 620-227-3482 (English) Welcome Menu You will hear: “Hello, Welcome to your Touch Tone Teller.” Press: Options 1, 2 & 3 are messages recorded by the credit union that give you information regarding office hours, credit union news or current rates. You do not need to enter your account number or social security number to access these options. Option 4 will allow you to calculate a loan payment, the interest rate, the loan balance, or the loan term. By entering any three known variables, the fourth will automatically be calculated for you. Touch Tone Teller will automatically give you instructions on how to use this feature. If you would like to skip the instructions message, press any key on your touch-tone phone, otherwise follow the voice prompts to guide you through this option. *Touch Tone Teller does not calculate possible fees that may be added to an actual loan.
