24 Hour Night Depository

Make safe and convenient after hour deposits. All of our locations offer a 24-hour depository. Drop off your deposits any time and we will credit your account the following business day.

Deposits made in this night depository will be credited to your account after 8:30 a.m. the following business day.

Trail and Frontview Office business days are as follows (excluding Federal Holidays):
Monday & Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Cimarron Office business days are as follows excluding Federal Holidays):
Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

These deposits will not cover checks clearing your account the following business day. Checks clearing your account are processed prior to opening each business day. Funds must be in your account and available by the end of the business day prior to the day a check attempts to clear.

Money Orders

Money orders are almost as good as cash. They can be issued in any amount up to $1,000 and are accepted as cash almost anywhere. All Credit Union of Dodge City money orders are international.

Money orders are available at any of our locations for only $ .75 each.

Travelers Cheques

Travelers checks provide safety and peace of mind because, unlike cash, they are refundable if lost or stolen. Your Credit Union of Dodge City travelers checks are accepted virtually anywhere worldwide and are as convenient as cash without the risk.

Keep your cash safe when you travel. Stop by any Credit Union of Dodge City location and purchase traveler's checks. They are available for either one or two signatures.

FREE Notary Service

There is no charge to notarize your documents. This free service is available at all of our locations.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit enables you to have your entire paycheck, Social Security check or other recurring government check automatically deposited at your credit union account on payday. With Credit Union of Dodge City`s Touch Tone Teller you have complete access to all of your accounts. Using your touch-tone telephone you may perform a variety of transactions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can get account balances, transfer funds, review account activity, make loan payments, look up cleared checks, receive current interest rate information, hear current credit union news and hours or even calculate the amount of a payment on a loan. It`s fast, easy, convenient and confidential.

Wire Transfers

A fast way to send and receive money when you really need it!

Funds can be transferred directly from Credit Union of Dodge City to accounts at other financial institutions or vice versa. When requesting another financial institution to transfer money to your Credit Union of Dodge City account, you must provide the following information:

Credit: Kansas Corporate Credit Union | ABA/Routing Number: 301180111

Further Credit: Credit Union of Dodge City
ABA/Routing Number: (Call the Credit Union to obtain this number or look at the first set of numbers at the bottom of your checks. It will be a nine digit group of numbers.

Final Credit:
Your Name and Account Number

there is no fee for incoming wire transfers.

To wire funds to another financial institution, Credit Union of Dodge City will need the complete wiring instructions from the receiving institution. This includes the name and location of the financial institution, their ABA/Routing Number, the account number, the name as it appears on the account, the type of account, as well as any other necessary information, such as correspondant institutions in which the transfer must be sent. This information is best obtained by contacting the receiving financial institution and asking for their wiring instructions.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Protect your valuables with a safe deposit box at Credit Union of Dodge City. We offer safe deposit boxes of various sizes at our Frontview Office location. Sizes offered are as follows:
